http://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/wizard.htm

Data Viewer in expression rules

The Data Model Viewer in the expression editor was improved. It now features a visual interface to review the XPath that was selected, perform filters or change the XPath syntax (traditional, quotes or none). Process wizard is now customized per user

The Process wizard view is now improved to show each user in Studio the ten most recent processes they have worked on, rather than the 10 recent processes for the entire team. That is, the wizard is now customized per user. Additionally, it is not necessary to Add to wizard each process. Users just need to type the process name and it is displayed to be chosen, along with all its versions.

Improvements on assignation to Everyone

When this allocation method is chosen, a task will be marked as unassigned until someone takes its ownership. That user can complete it or release the task later to make it available again for all other users.
https://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?assignation-to-everyone.htm

Display session timeout message

Bizagi Work Portal has a timeout session configured by default. If any user exceeds the allowed time, a pop-up window will display indicating that the session has expired. In this case, the user must log in again. Thirty seconds before effectively logging the user out a pop-up window will display warning that the session is about to expire and allows the user to click a button and reset the timer.
http://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/bizagi_work_portal.htm

Excel exceeded error message

When a collection has more than 65,536 records, and it is exported to Excel, the last row of the exported file will display a warning message notifying that the file was truncated.
http://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/export_tables_to_excel_or_pdf.htm

Bigger clickable icon size

The clickable area of the tooltips was too small causing users to click several times before it worked. Now, the clickable area is bigger resulting in better usability.

  • Headers on queries are now always visible on top regardless of how far you have scrolled down
